Last year, we had the privilege of transforming one of REST’s assets based at Level 2, 717 Bourke Street, spanning 1200sqm, into two distinctive tenancies, collaborating seamlessly with Bright Workplaces.
Our team undertook a comprehensive overhaul that involved removing previous furnishings, fixtures, and more. This ensured a clean slate for the transformation. We meticulously navigated architectural, engineering, electrical, fire, and custom requirements for both suites, from structural remediation to construction and fitout.
Suite One was given a light and natural timber aesthetic complemented by blue feature walls, while Suite Two exuded a darker scheme with matching feature walls. The addition of new furniture breathed life into both spaces, a process overseen collaboratively with Bright Workplaces.
Our team worked seamlessly to provide a seamless and efficient project that concluded with REST expressing utmost satisfaction. We are excited about future collaborations with Bright Workplaces, Knight Frank, and REST.
