A New Project at a Familiar Location
We’re thrilled to announce our latest venture at 170 Queen Street, Melbourne, as we embark on the construction of the End of Trip (EOT) facilities in the lower basement and upgrading the front facade.
Building on the success of the Ground Lobby and Restaurant fitout on the ground floor, we are excited to partner with Holder East once again.
The EOT facilities will involve demolishing existing walls, doors, floor finishes, and fittings. We will be building modern amenities designed to accommodate Male, Female, and DDA End of Trip users. The upgraded space will include secure lockers with keypads, wall-mounted bicycle racks, and full compliance with all relevant service standards. Amenities will feature showers, washbasins, mirrors, seating, and other essentials to support commuters who cycle, walk, or run to work.
In addition to upgrading the End of Trip facilities, we will also be renovating the front facade of the building. This project includes removing the existing metal cladding, restoring missing original stone, and covering the canopy fascias with aluminium monoclad. Additionally, we will paint the soffits of the canopies.
We look forward to working closely with the Holder East team to deliver another project. Stay tuned for updates as we progress on this exciting new project!
