CLIENT: Primeland Group

LOCATION: 101 Powlett Street, East Melbourne, Wurundjeri

Mac&Co have been working in conjunction with Primeland Group and Cera Stribley on the design and development of the hotel as part of our Early Contractor Involvement (ECI). Throughout this process, we have worked collaboratively to enhance design efficiency and improve cost effectiveness drawing on our expertise to optimise the project outcome.

L19, 114 William Street

CLIENT: AFIAA

LOCATION: Level 19, 114 William Street, Melbourne, Wurundjeri

We were awarded the contract to design and construct level 19 at 114 William Street, Melbourne. The project involved creating three distinct tenancies, each with its own unique style. During the design and development phase in January 2024, we refined our concept in collaboration with AFIAA and Armitage Jones. We completed the project ahead of schedule in June 2024, delivering exceptional attention to detail.

Collins Street

LOCATION: 81 Collins Street, Melbourne, Wurundjeri

This sophisticated yet intimate space for one of our clients is set in a charming historic 1930s building. The project included the demolition and renovation of bathrooms, as well as the relocation and installation of a new lift shaft across five levels. To accommodate our client’s regular operation of business, works were conducted on a live site with minimal disruption.

Cafe & Lobby 170 Queen Street

CLIENT: Holder East

LOCATION: Ground Floor, 170 Queen Street, Melbourne, Wurundjeri

Our team was thrilled to complete another fantastic fitout, especially because it’s our building’s lobby at 170 Queen Street. The transformation for Holder East was finished late last year and we couldn’t be happier with the transformation of the Ground Floor lobby. We’re excited to reveal in the coming months, the warm shell we are completing next door in preparation of the new hospitality tenant.

Prada

CLIENT: Prada

LOCATION: 81 Collins Street, Melbourne, Wurundjeri

With a worldwide presence in over 70 countries through a network of 635 stores, our Interior Fitouts team were excited to have been awarded the hard restyling works for Italian fashion house PRADA. The project was set with tight timeframes and conducted in a live environment so as to not disturb the business operations and store team. We were thrilled with the reimagined space representing the PRADA green with modernised fittings and fixtures.

We are excited to be a part of the Early Contractor Involvement for our client, Bulum Group. This design features a youthful and contemporary facade, with bespoke geometric features which will create a unique landmark in Bendigo.

Malaysian Consulate

CLIENT: EcoWorld

LOCATION: 16 Claremont Street, South Yarra, Wurundjeri

Our team successfully completed the fitout of the Consulate General of Malaysia, located in one of Melbourne’s leading luxury developments - the Yarra One building - crafted by renowned architect Fender Katsalidis. The works undertaken were split across two levels and included full design and construction of all services, including electrical, hydraulics, plumbing and mechanical.

CLIENT: Spring Developments

LOCATION: 114 Williamson Street, Bendigo, Dja Dja Wurrung

The former Butt’s Hotel holds a rich heritage, originally established in 1876. Our team successfully completed Stage One works through the demolition of previously added structures to the original building while constructing the new tenancies, paving the way for Stage Two works for the new Bendigo Hotel.

LOCATION: 170 Queen Street, Melbourne Wurundjeri

This fitout featured bespoke colour and material choices to emulate the Kennedys Group brand throughout the office, even down to the finer details with the naming of corridors to honour the founder and his late brother. This space’s layout was carefully thought out to reflect an inclusive and collaborative working environment.

Kwafood

LOCATION: 25A Buckingham Avenue, Springvale, Bunurong

We’re proud to have completed the interior fitout for Kwafood, a recently established business in the lively district of Springvale. The works included a complete kitchen, restaurant and service area fitout, featuring stainless steel fixtures, exhaust canopy and illuminated signage, representing the strong Kwafood brand.

This three-level multi-purpose development will provide a versatile place for people to meet and collaborate throughout the day and evening. Working alongside TA SQUARE, our team is currently working through Stage One of the project establishing a warm shell across all levels to prepare for the fitout transformation of Stage Two.
