Boasting a global presence spanning 70 countries through a network of 635 stores, we were appointed the prestigious hard restyling works for the renowned Italian fashion house, PRADA, in the Spring of 2022.
This project showcased our expertise in complex rennovations when working to strict deadlines, involving demolition, installation of modern lighting, custom joinery, and a sophisticated update of the retail space to echo PRADA’s iconic style.
Operating overnight and on weekends, our team ensured minimal disruption, delivering a seamless transformation that married PRADA’s signature aesthetics with cutting-edge design.

Scope of Work
- Demolition of all existing shop fixtures, installation of bespoke joinery units, & refinement of the stainless-steel finishes to a stain sheen
- Strategic relamping to illuminate the store and visual merchandising cabinents with modern lighting solutions
- Luxurious revamp of change rooms, with enhanced lighting, fresh paint, and plush upholstered seating
- Polishing and revamping of floor tiles and the installation of the new PRADA carpet
- Creation of new modern counters and modification of existing ones with custom perspex shelving, lighting, trims, and upholstery
- Coordination of existing visual merchandising counters, packaged and returned to PRADA in Milan
