Holder East

We had a fantastic experience working closely with Fender Katsalidis completing the luxurious fitout for Holder East’s headquarters back in 2022, located on Level 6, 170 Queen Street, Melbourne.

The previous space was cleared with a swift and tidy demolition, bringing it back to a warm shell. With a good foundation in place, the space was then fitted out with a large collaborative kitchen area, featuring a stunning natural stone island bench and bar area.

The offices were enclosed with contemporary steel window casing frames that were specially designed and manufactured to create long, beautiful perspectives across the floor. The space was then brought to life with feature walls with specialised polished plaster to create a high-end and tactile result. Amenities were designed to remain practical and sensitive to our client and user’s needs, without sacrificing on design or quality.
