Breaking Ground at Burwood East

We are excited to officially break ground at 397 Blackburn Road, Burwood East, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for both the local community and the operators of the new early education centre!

Our partnership with Holder East continues to grow, and we’re thrilled to enter a new collaboration with Village Early Education. Together, we will deliver a childcare centre that offers exceptional facilities and a nurturing environment for the next generation. This new educational facility will be a valuable addition to the local community, providing a safe and supportive space for families.

We’re already making great progress on-site, with the retention system, piles, excavation, and underground services underway.
