We are thrilled to unveil our latest upcoming project, Brunstopia—a dynamic addition to an iconic Melbourne suburb that we have been awarded on an ECI basis.
This development will offer one contemporary commercial office space over two levels, three two-bedroom apartments and a four-bedroom penthouse.
We are committed to preserving the character of the original structure by maintaining the two-story masonry front while integrating modern aesthetics and functionality.
The project involves expanding the building from two to four stories, adding two additional levels, a new roof and parapet, installing new footings, and forming truedek suspended slabs. Additionally, we are providing a hydraulic lift within a new lift shaft to enhance accessibility throughout the building. After topping out, will come the fit out works of four distinctive apartments.
Brunstopia will feature a comprehensive services package with renewable energy solutions such as solar panels, car charging, water tanks and recycled water. We are providing warm shell provisions for the office space, creating a rear car park, and completing a full landscaping package.
