24°COver the course of a year, our team was engaged by Bright Workplace on behalf of QIC to undertake a substantial set of structual remediation projects at four prominent QIC shopping centres; Watergardens Town Centre, Woodgrove Shopping Centre, Pacific Epping, and Pacific Werribee.
Given the large sizes of the four shopping centres, which included basement levels, ground floors, and multiple upper levels, accessing the designated work areas was occassionally logistically challenging. However, with invaluable collaboration with the teams at each centre, together we ensured that all necessary areas were cordoned off from the public, and through the strategic implementation of a traffic management plan, our team successfully completed the work whilst prioritising the safety for both the pubic and our site workers.

Scope of Work
- Structural remediation, undertaking vital repairs, including addressing large cracks in concrete ramp upstands, as well as investigating and mitigating water ingress issues in concrete & steel columns throughout the car park areas
- Rectification of plate beam connections
