24°CFollowing a detailed Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, we’ve now commenced construction on a new Early Learning Centre within the Karingal Village Shopping Centre precinct.
Undertaken for our client, Nivad, Stage 2 continues the broader revitalisation of the Karingal Village precinct with the delivery of a purpose-built Early Learning Centre designed to strengthen community infrastructure within Frankston.
This stage of works comprises a new educational facility, two additional retail tenancies, undercover car parking and seamless links into the upgraded Stage 1 Shopping Centre, creating a cohesive and community-focused precinct experience.
Engaged under a Design and Construct Agreement, our team is working closely with the consultant group to refine buildability, uphold design intent and deliver a high-quality education facility that will support local families and the wider community for years to come.

Scope of WorkS
- Demolition of existing asphalt carpark and kerbing, followed by full site excavation
- Installation of bored piers, in-ground services and concrete slab on ground
- AFS and masonry core walls with structural steel frame
- LGS wall framing, floor trusses and roof trusses
- Metal deck roofing, glazing installation and metal/cement sheet façade cladding
- Complete internal fitout of the Early Learning Centre
- Delivery of warm-shell conditions for two new retail tenancies
