24°CIn Spring 2022, we completed a commercial fitout for REST at 717 Bourke Street, transforming 1,200 sqm into two distinct tenancies designed by Bright Workplace. Our team first cleared existing furnishings and structures, setting the stage for intricate remediation works. This prepared the groundwork for the construction and fitout of the two uniquely designed suites, as envisioned by Knight Frank.
Suite One featured natural timber with greenery against a light, neutral palette, enhanced by soothing blue feature walls. Suite Two presented a contrast with darker tones and natural wood, complemented by dark metal joinery and soft grey carpets enriched with bold patterns.

Scope of Work
- Removal of all previous furniture, fixtures, fittings, floor covering, walls, & doors
- Construction of new smoke lobby inter-tenancy walls & doors
- Replacement of nominated base build lights and re-tubing base build troffer lights, re-painting of base build columns, walls & ceiling bulkheads
- Supply and installation of new tenancy switchboards & splitting of services as per the new incoming services documentation
- Refurbishment of all existing amenities including the construction of new accessible toilets whislt installing new amenity fittings & basins throughout
- Installation throughout of custom-made joinery with curves, wall panelling, and feature screens
