Magnolia Court, a distinguished new hotel nestled in the heart of East Melbourne, carries a rich sense of character and history. The original buildings graced the landscape with a Victorian era style, with additional structures added approximately 50 years ago. This iconic project will involve expansive design, construction, and fitout.
Featuring 37 hotel apartments, a restaurant, a welcoming lobby, an outdoor courtyard, and a charming piazza, Magnolia Court will be a dynamic and luxurious destination in the heart of East Melbourne.
Engaged through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), this allowed our team to seamlessly integrate elements of construction and design in parallel, ensuring a harmonious balance between buildability, affordability, and a speedy project turnaround in preparation of when we commence the construct and fitout of the project.
