As part of the transformation of 170 Queen Street, we delivered the End of Trip (EOT) amenities located in the building’s sub-basement.
The project included a full internal strip-out and structural modifications to accommodate premium new amenities. The scope featured upgraded bathroom facilities, enhancements to base building services, and custom joinery throughout.
These EOT amenities offer a practical, high-quality solution that supports modern workplace needs and elevates the daily experience for building occupants.
