In 2023, we completed Stage One of the Bendigo Hotel redevelopment project. Spanning 10,171sqm and with roots dating back to 1876, we were tasked with constructing new structures while preserving the landmark’s rich heritage.

As we began our foundation work, we faced an unforeseen challenge: the existing soil was contaminated and required remediation before construction could proceed. Once our team successfully removed and remediated the soil, we proceeded with the demolition of necessary structures and the construction of new tenancy buildings.

Featuring impressive snap brick installation through tilt trays, the result seamlessly blended contemporary and heritage design elements, paying tribute to the site’s historical significance.
