At one of Melbourne’s most prestigious private institutions, our team completed Stage Two works which involved installing a new lift shaft and removing bathrooms and service risers spanning from the basement to Level Five.
We encountered several complexities during the project primarily because our client continued to serve its members whilst eh works were underway. Despite these challenges, we were able to mitigate disruption to business and enjoyment of the space, and delivered the works successfully.
In line with our client’s commitment to exceptional quality, we maintained the highest standards, ensuring that every level of the building remained in excellent, fully functional condition throughout the project.
