Project Manager – Construction
Deliver high-quality commercial construction projects with a growing team.
About the Role
MAC&CO is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager – Construction to oversee the delivery of new builds and structural refurbishments across Melbourne. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish using our established systems and processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and outstanding client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management from planning through to handover
- Programming, budgeting, procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Maintaining project quality, workmanship and safety standards
- Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company systems
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology and NCC compliance
- Confident in subcontractor management and maintaining project momentum
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and solution-focused
- Proficient in project systems such as CHEOPS, MS Project and Microsoft Office

Project Manager – Interior Fitout
Deliver design-led commercial interiors with attention to detail and pace.
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Project Manager – Interior Fitout to join MAC&CO and lead the delivery of high-quality commercial fitout projects across Melbourne. You’ll manage the project lifecycle — from early planning through to handover, using our in-house systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle management of commercial interior fitout projects
- Programming, procurement, subcontractor coordination and site delivery
- Maintaining a high level of quality, detailing and finish
- Working closely with clients, designers and consultants to bring vision to life
- Managing documentation and project reporting through MAC&CO systems
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial interior fitout project management
- Strong understanding of interior buildability, finishes and sequencing
- Confident in managing fast-paced delivery with multiple subcontractors
- Proficient in tools like CHEOPS, MS Project and Bluebeam
- Strong communicator with a focus on detail and client outcomes
