In Winter 2024, we were awarded the Brunstopia project on an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) basis. This development will expand the building from two- to four-storeys, while preserving its original two-storey mansonry facade. The project includes adding two new levels, a new roof, a parapet, installing new footings, and creating Trudek suspended slabs. A hydraulic lift will be installed to improve accessibility.
Once completed, Brunstopia will feature a contemporary commercial office over two levels, three two-bedroom apartments, and a four-bedroom penthouse. The fitout will include four unique apartments and will incorporate renewable energy solutions such as solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations, water tanks, and recycled water systems. Additional features will include warm shell office provisions, a rear car park, and full landscaping.
